Each time you log on, your first page will be an index page. Each time you re-enter the course you will be able to access any chapter from this index page. The course will NOT remember where you left off. So please note the chapter you were on last. At the completion of the course there is a test. This is not a pass or fail test, but a general knowledge evaluation. Please be sure to provide your name in the text box of the test page. Answer all questions to the best of your ability and submit the answer by fax, email or the submit button on the page. We will begin processing your certificate and or processing your application as soon as we review the results. Please be aware that once you enter the test page you must finish and can not return to any part of the course until the test is submitted or printed.
