There are so many types of work that a Notary can do here in PA. We developed this course to encompass the full scope of doing business a Notary Public in PA. This course includes the Basic Notary 101, Advanced Notary 102, Signing Agent 103 and our DMV course.
Your Basic Notary 101 mandatory education is part of this package; you will meet all requirements for new and renewing Notaries education. his course DOES include the ASA certification. The DMV section will teach you how to meet the requirements to become a DMV agent in PA. And we will teach all the procedures and information you need to know on how handle all title transfers. This NOT the mandatory DMV training required for
title clerks. This course is pending approval for DMV certification.

Online Full Scope Notary Course & Full Commission Processing |
After payment is processed you will receive an email with your information to access the online course. After your registration email is received you must sign in with your user ID and password. You will enter on the same page each time you log on. Your first page will be an index page. Each time you re-enter the course you will be able to access any chapter from this index page. The course will NOT remember where you left off. So please note the chapter you were on last.
During the courses you will have short quizzes at the end of some of the chapters. These must be answered and sent back to us for review. These can be sent by fax, email, or regular mail. You also have the option to send them at the end of the course or as you take each one, it is your choice. After you have completed the course and we have received all the papers required we will send your certificate for the course to the address provided. You may continue to access the course at your own speed and at anytime until you submitted your final courses review to us.

Our Basic Notary 101 course materials for this program have been developed by our staff and approved by the Commonwealth. This course meets the mandatory education requirement for both new and renewing Notaries Public.

Accredited Signing Agent
An Accredited Signing Agent is a Notary Public trained by PA Notary Academy to handle the execution and notarization of mortgage, refinancing and real estate transactions in the Commonwealth of PA. The designation of "Signing Agent" is now being widely used by many organizations that provide this training. But not all are the same. It varies from state to state and unfortunately from Notary to Notary. Our course is an in depth training program in these real estate documents and how they are executed within the law here in PA.

DMV Training
In Pennsylvania Notaries provide DMV services to the general public through their offices by becoming DMV Agents. They can handle all types of vehicle transfers. Trucks, cars, motorcycles and trailers, even boats, snowmobiles and ATV's. This part of our seminar teaches you how to set up your business and how to achieve approval from the entities involved. We will not only explain the procedures but make sure you are informed on the laws involved. After attending this one of a kind seminar you will have all the information and education necessary to open your office for DMV work.
