PA Notary Academy Online Notary Courses
Our online courses meet the same high standard as our live seminars. We strive to provide you with the best educational product at the lowest cost to you. These courses are the mandatory course required by the PA Dept. of State for all new and renewing applicants. Course materials for this program have been developed by our staff and approved by the Commonwealth. The online courses contain the same information as our live seminars; there is no corner cutting. The only thing we cut is the price. If you are applying for a commission for the first time we suggest that you attend a live seminar. Live seminars provide for a better of exchange of information and there is more retention when there is interaction available. We do not require that just recommend it.
Online Notary 101
Our Online Notary 101 course is the mandatory course required for new and renewing applicants. It includes instruction in understanding the law, our functions and general knowledge of being a Notary Public. This seminar was developed by our staff and is approved by the state to meet the mandatory education requirement for new applicants. At the completion of class we will issue a certificate of completion. You must attach this certificate to the completed application along with the required processing fee. This packet must be forwarded to the local State Senator of your residence for their signature. They will then forward it to the State Department through legislative channels for final processing and approval.

Notary 101 and Full Commission Processing
This package includes the Online Notary 101 seminar which is the mandatory course required for new and renewing applicants and Full Commission Processing. It includes instruction in understanding the law, our functions and general knowledge of being a Notary Public. This course was developed by our staff and is approved by the state to meet the mandatory education requirement for new applicants. Although the process of filing your application and acquiring the required signatures is fairly simple, with this package we will handle the full application process for you. All you have to do is register at your local courthouse. This DOES NOT include courthouse registration fees.

Payments Options
- Check or money order accepted by mail with registration form.
- Credit card, debit card or check payments accepted online.
Cancellations or refunds policy for our online courses;
- Refunds for online seminars are non-refundable once ANY class has been accessed.
- If a student fails to execute their bond in the time frame allotted, we will resubmit their application for an additional $40.00 fee.
- Refunds are not available for a commission processing package for anyone who fails to finish the procedure for any reason.
- Refunds are not available for a commission processing packages either with a course or alone, for anyone who is rejected by the state.
After your purchase and payment are processed you will receive two emails. The first will be your purchase verification containing your student ID number and student information form. The second will be your registration email that will contain your username and password and additional forms. Please fill out the student information and fax it to us before starting the course. Please keep these emails for future reference until you have completed the course. Remember to use your student ID number in all correspondence. If you need those emails resent click here.
Each time you log on, your first page will be an index page. You will be able to access any chapter from this index page. The course will NOT remember where you left off. So please note the chapter you were on during your last visit.
During the course you will have short quizzes at the end of some of the chapters. You have the option to send them at the end of the course or as you take each one, it is your choice. But, these must be answered and sent back to us for review. They can be sent by fax, email, or regular mail. After you have completed the course and we have received all the papers required we will send your certificate for the course to the address provided. You may continue to access the course at your own speed and at anytime until you submitted your final courses review to us.
